Britney Alangurli
Co Owner and Administrative Director
I got my Bachelors through KSU and worked in the medical field for over a decade. I have gained a lot of knowledge about the physical and mental ability of the human mind. I carry this knowledge in my coaching. I am also a mom and always have in the back of my mind "As a parent I would want..." with every decision made at B&C. I have danced since the age of 3 in many styles, recreational and competitively. I currently instruct in Manhattan, Lawrence, and Kansas City. I am known for fun/passionate choreography. I continue to educate myself with training to keep up with the dance world evolving. I want my dancers to fall in love with this sport!
Carmen Kurtz
Co Owner and Creative Director
I have dance competitively and non competitively and have over 15+ years of dance training. I love dancing and watching dancers learn as well as properly master new things! My goal at B&C is for our dancers to be pushed to grow. I want our dancers to know our studio is their safe space.
Bryna Schlepp
Admin Assistant and Dance Instructor
I started dancing at the age of 3 doing ballet, jazz, and tap. I adore kids and love working with them. I have worked with many kids, working in a daycare for a long time as well as being a mom myself. My hope is to help the kids fall in love with dance and show them no matter what life throws at them this is something they will always have.

I have danced since the age of 4. Dance has always been my passion. Most of my dance experience is in Hip Hop. I decided to try something new and try contemporary, I always thought that style was beautiful and I'm so glad I tried it. If you ever have any doubt or think you are "too old" for something, just give it a try and you might surprise yourself.

I have been dancing for 12+ years and it has always been a great activity for me. My favorite style of dance is pointe and lyrical. I was in the Junction City High School flagline team, I was captain for the team as well. I am excited to teach and have loads of fun!

It is a dream come true to be able to incorporate dance into my life for as long as I have and into the lives of others. From small town dance studios to beginning and advanced high school dance teams and even cheer teams, I have been blessed to work within a wide spectrum. My goal is to create an environment where dancers of all ages, ranges, and styles can feel the magic and flow that happens when we let our bodies feel the beat

I've been dancing for 15+ years. I've started out with hip hop and my ethnicity styles. Within the last 10 years I've extended to many new styles, skills, done competitive dance as well as color guard! I'm very happy to share the love of dance with the next generations of inspiring dancers. I hope dance can impact more lives as it has to me. It won't always be easy but it will always be worth it!

I'm from Herrin Illinois now studying at K-State. Dancing has been my passion since age 3. During high school I was captin and 2 year UDA All-American. I love all styles of dance especially jazz and tap! I love sharing my passion and teaching future dancers!

I have been a dancer for 10 years, danced competitively for 6 years, and I am on my high school dance team! I have a huge love for the styles lyrical and contemporary. I placed 2nd overall at a national competition in Branson, Mo for my contemporary solo of 2021! I have worked with many kids in babysitting, dance clinics and helping out assisting classes! So excited to help out with classes at B&C!!

I have danced for 12 years. My favorite style of dance is jazz or lyrical. I want to teach because I love kids and I want to be able to teach something I love and hopefully make others love it just as much as me! I want to help dancers improve and I want to improve as a teacher for them!
